· Don't forget to make your form "public" (click on the "Send Form" button in the upper right corner of the form and then click "Add Collaborators." In the new window, change the "Who has Access" section to "Anyone who Has the Link" or "Public on the Internet") to allow others to see your form.
· After you complete your form, click on the "View Live Form" tab at the top of the page to access your live form's URL.
